Home Assessments Combined ADHD & autism assessment
Combined ADHD & autism assessment
One joined-up pathway for adults where both ADHD and autism are suspected. It combines the DIVA-5, ADI-R and ADOS-2 into a single process, with one independently reviewed, co-signed report and one feedback session.
Adults (18+) only. We provide diagnosis only, not medication.

Before you book: the informant interview
The ADI-R part needs an interview with someone who knew you well as a young child – usually a parent – lasting around 2–3 hours. If no informant is available, please mention this on your initial call. We can discuss whether an assessment is still possible and what it would involve.
Is it right for you?
Who this assessment is for
Designed for you if…
- You're an adult (18+) with suspected traits of both ADHD and autism
- You'd rather go through one joined-up process than two separate assessments
- You have someone who can complete the informant interview
- You want a single report you can share with your GP, employer or university
It may not be the right fit if…
- You're under 18 – we assess adults only for now
- You only want to explore one of the two – the separate ADHD (£450) or autism (£895) assessment may suit you better
- You're in crisis or need urgent mental health support
Not sure? That's what the free initial call is for, and there's no obligation to continue afterwards.
Why combine the two?
ADHD and autism commonly occur together, and traits of one can mask or mimic the other. In a combined assessment, the same clinicians look at both together, so you don't get two separate assessments reaching two disconnected conclusions. It also costs less than booking both separately (£1,150 rather than £1,345).
